Monville, Maybel D.

SUN CITY, ARIZONA - Maybel D. Monville, 92, of Sun City, Arizona passed peacefully on Thursday, May 31, 2012. Maybel was born on New Year’s Day 1920 in Nebraska to the late Sidney and Clara Donisthorpe. Maybel was the wife of the late Norbert J. Monville and mother to the late Norbert J. Monville II. She is survived by her daughter, Diane J. Mills and husband, George C. Mills III of NC; her grandchildren: Gregory C. Mills and wife Jennifer A. Mills of PA, and David J. Mills and wife Michelle B. Mills of NC; a great-grandson, Gavin C. Mills of PA, and many nieces and nephews. She was a successful real estate broker in Albany, NY where she lived most of her life; a member of Albany’s Trinity Methodist Church, an avid golfer, lover of yard sales and antiques, recreational card player, and had a love for her deceased Boston Terrier, Skipper Jo.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 8, 2012 at 10:30 am in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc., 490 Delaware Ave, Albany, NY. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Hospice of Arizona, 19820 North 7th Ave., Ste 130, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
