Hettie, Mary H.

ALBANY- Mary Helen Gordon Hettie entered into eternal life on August 14, 2011.  She was 86 years old.
  Mary was a gentle, humble lady of great faith who devoted her life to her family.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, George, and her cherished daughter, Mary Anne.
  Mary is survived by her remaining children:  Carol Clarke, Jim Hettie (Mari Bennett), George Hettie Jr (Chris), and Emily Parisi (Peter) and by her adored grandchildren:  George Anthony Hettie, Kassandra Parisi, Gabrielle Hettie, and Judson Parisi.
  We will miss her warm smile and joyful laughter.
  Mary’s family wishes to acknowledge with gratitude the loving care Mary received from The Carmelite Sisters and the wonderful staff of Carmel Garden, Teresian House and previously at McAuley Residence.
  Mary’s life will be celebrated in Mass on Wednesday, August. 17, 2011 at 11:00AM at the Infant of Prague Chapel in the Teresian House, 200 Washington Ave. Ext. Albany.  Father Frank O’Connor will preside at the Mass. There will be no public calling hours. Interment will follow the Mass in Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont.
